Cancellation, Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase with serial number is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Items damaged due to personal use
- Items repaired or modified by unauthorized parties
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will receive an email confirming receipt
- You’ll be notified of refund approval or rejection
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company (posting time may vary)
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If your item is defective, email us at info@amtechinc.us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
To start a return, contact us at info@amtechinc.us. We’ll provide a return shipping label once your case is confirmed.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Warranty
All products include a 1-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
