Processing Time

All orders require 1 to 3 business days for processing before dispatch. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days, depending on your region.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship available items immediately and send the remaining items as soon as they become available.

If you receive only part of your order, don’t worry—your remaining items will follow shortly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if a mobile number was provided) with your tracking ID and a link to track your package.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to become active.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We strive to process and ship orders quickly, so there is a limited window for address changes.

Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to the AM Deals return center.

Lost or Stolen Packages

AM Deals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
